8. Reusable period underwear
Before we used reusable period underwear, we thought it would be inconvenient, but actually all you have to do is rinse it with tap water after and then machine wash it cold! Easy and fuss free 🙂 It’s good to wear overnight and it means you can rinse it out in the morning. The downside is that it is harder to wear to work as you should really only wear it up to 6 hours/overnight. This would be a good product to rotate with normal period pads.
9. Menstrual cups
Period cups are great as you only need to empty them out every 6-8 hours/overnight, give them a quick rinse and pop them back in. There’s no hassle with using it at work. It feels so comfortable that you don’t even realise you’re wearing it! Sometimes there might be tiny leaks causing stains on your underwear, so it may be good to use in combination with period underwear.
